Public Benefits
Some of LSSM's clients receive public benefits. These benefits are often the only source of household income and the loss or reduction of these benefits is devastating.
Our lawyers may provide counsel, advice or full representation to clients in the following types of cases: Medicaid, Medicare, food stamps, unemployment compensation, TANF/Temporary Assistance, and Missouri HealthNet Managed Care Advocacy. Each case is reviewed on its own legal merits for case acceptance.
